Job Duties
Under general direction, assists in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. Evaluates salaried, hourly, middle and top management positions and for salary grade analysis and compensation recommendations. Assists in the development, support and administration of salary administration programs. Audits evaluation of positions and application of existing classifications to individuals, including FLSA audits. Conducts and participates in compensation surveys conducted by other companies. Assists in updating the salary structure and other enterprise compensation projects. Actively promotes internal and external equity with compensation for all Jefferson employees.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst
- Certified Compensation Professional, preferred
- Healthcare experience, preferred
