It Program Manager

Just-Evotec Biologics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Program Manager that desires a significant opportunity to help contribute to creating the technologies required to improve worldwide access to biotherapeutics.
The position will support development and maintenance of information technology programs and projects within a global and growing IT team. The successful candidate will work with a team of IT contributors to prioritize, organize, and bring about delivery of key IT programs. This includes programs in the areas of network architecture, hardware, and key scientific and business software applications. The successful candidate will have strong business analyst as well as project management skills. This position will work closely with members of other teams (scientific, business, and software) in the organization and must also possess strong communication and collaboration skills and an ability to work directly with internal clients
Job Responsibilities:

• Works within the JEB IT Program Management Office to implement program management efforts within Information Technology (IT) at the Redmond and Seattle locations. Works with the Direct or IT Program Management to develop a PMO organization across the entire IT and software engineering team - processes, standards, measurements, etc.
• Follows PMO processes and policies and works with other business and scientific staff members to help develop priorities and requirements.
• Works with IT staff to understand resources needed, develop timelines, and implement projects.
• Contributes, organizes and helps maintain documentation regarding IT solutions and policies that is appropriate for both the IT team and the business and scientific staff.
• Helps build and maintain dashboards and reporting for communicating IT activities and schedules.
• Program and project management of subset of day-to-day operations of the Project Management Office (PMO), including: Governance, Project Intake, Planning, Execution and Successful Delivery. IT Resource Capacity Planning and Allocation . Business requirements gathering and solutions, as well as ongoing reporting and dashboarding.
• Work to ensure requirements are captured accurately and build processes to handover user stories to the technical teams to build out the solution.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.
• Ensure that all projects have the necessary resources (People, Time, Cost) to be successfully completed.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in technical program management or project management, specific to IT or software engineering organizations.
• At least three years' experience delivering IT and/or software engineering projects and programs.
• Experience working with IT and software engineering to create solutions to facilitate biomedical or life science research (preferred but not required).
• Experience with documentation and project management tools such as Confluence, Jira, or other similar applications.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building experience as well as communication skills.
• Desired: Experience with IT projects in regulated environments, particularly with pharma/biotech

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $90,000 to $130,000; Base salary offered may vary depending on individual's skills, experience and competitive market value.
