Job Duties
Responsible for oversight of administrative and customer service functions of employee health benefits providing daily support to the function as well as suggesting process improvements for enhanced benefits administration and benefit services to employees in compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, and ACA. Function as a Subject Matter Expert for Jefferson's Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts plans, and administration of COBRA, and ACA
Qualifications
Position Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of health benefits adminstration experience
- Completetion of CEBS ( Certified Employee Benefits Speciliast ) courses, preferred
