Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. | Location: Hybrid; 1101 Market Street Philadelphia PA 19107 Position Requirements 1-3 years of relative experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field Job Duties Serve as main point of contact for new hires regarding post offer inquiries Gathers & analyzes data on new hire onboarding experiences to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements Send out new hire paperwork via Destination Jefferson, inform new hires of the required documentation/clearances for the position Complete background checks for all new hires Responsible for collecting all documentation and clearances from the new hires required before start date and after start date Create employee files with all required documentation per job description and Joint Commission standards Inform Talent Acquisition Team of new hires that did not complete/clear pre-employment requirements or who did attend the scheduled new employee orientation Performs other related duties as assigned.
