Our client, a Japanese Manufacturing Company, is looking for a Japanese Bilingual Office Admin / Executive Support in the San Jose, CA area.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in Office Administration or other related fields
- Excellent communication skill in English and Japanese in reading and writing.
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage scheduling for Executive level including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements.
- Support with translating communications such as emails, documents, PowerPoint slides, etc. in Japanese-English for Executive level
- Communicate with Japan HQ office.
