Project Controls Coordinator

The Opportunity

CONSOR is currently looking for a Project Controls Coordinator for our Transportation Group in our Houston,  TX office. As a dynamic and growing engineering consulting firm, CONSOR is full of opportunities for career development.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Utilize the in-house system (Proliance PMIS and Oracle Unifier) to prepare, collect, record, and input data
• Perform full review of in-house system to ensure accuracy of reporting
• Update and maintain assignments relating to Program Contracts (i.e
• input and track contracts, task orders, work authorizations, purchase orders, etc. via the in-house system)
• Monitor budget and help ensure resources are used efficiently (to include processing budget changes and/or transfers)
• Provide first level review of invoices and process through system workflow
• Provide data entry of payment vouchers and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) information
• Complete the administrative aspects of closing out projects
• Provide assistance and support to program management team, as needed

Required Credentials

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Management, Economics, or related field or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Minimum of 2 years experience required
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work
