This is a IT Technician - Printers / Field Service Representative role. Your home base office will be in Secaucus, NJ. However, you will occasionally be asked to travel to End Client sites for deployments/installations. About 50% of the role is traveling to end clients sites - you will be traveling to clients offices, not residential homes. Candidates must be willing to utilize their own vehicles and travel upwards of 3 hours away in any direction. Candidates must have reliable transportation. Candidates are compensated drive time and mileage reimbursement. Strong candidates will have a reliable phone with unlimited data. Cell phone reimbursement will be provided.
There will be Off-Hours and Weekend Support for this role - so there will be lots of opportunities for OT pay.

Description:
This role will be supporting TEKsystems clients through the HP Indigo Print Press Business. They will be repairing industrial print presses (10 ft. Tall, 30 ft. Long). They need to have experience working with gears, nuts, bolts, etc... Someone who has print experience but is willing to act like a mechanic to these presses would be an ideal candidate.
Participating in training to gain knowledge and expertise on HP-Indigo digital presses technology
• Minimum Vocational/Diploma/ Associate Degree(technical field) with 3-5 years experience
• Handle Customer-relation problems promptly and appropriately, provide guidance, escalate issues according to established procedures
• Provide software service, pre- sales, post-sales support
•Deliver services to large enterprise complex or corporate
• Deliver services to large enterprise, complex or corporate accounts
• Use proactive monitoring procedures/tools to identify problem prevention opportunities
• Experience with support of full range of HP products
• Possible for relocation if needed
Knowledge/Skills:
• Strong technical and communication kills and ability to improvise
• Strong Customer relationship skills & ability to manage complex Customer problems.
• Good teamwork with peers and HP personnel
