IT Support Technician
· Email – management, troubleshooting, monitoring of filtering and protection issues.
· Networking– monitor and troubleshot issues with broadband services, wireless access points, switches, routers and client
· Telephone system – troubleshooting service and hardware issues.
· Service tickets - initiation and follow-up on service needs from various IT vendors.
· The employee may be asked to assist in the creation of end-user procedure documentation.
· Security Compliance. Familiarity with NIST, Upcoming CMMC, or Vipre Enterprise a plus.
· Virus Infection Diagnosis and Remediation
· Installing, and configuring PCs, Laptops, and peripherals such as printers.
· Respond to user hardware operation issues – computers, printers, storage devices, etc.
· Diagnose hardware failure, repair if possible.
· Diagnose network cabling or equipment issues.
· Troubleshoot user software issues with operating systems and applications.
· Troubleshoot and control access to network share folders.
· Troubleshoot various Access databases and make changes to the programs as needed.

This person would take instruction and guidance from the IT Manager and/or his assistant. Working separately as or as a team member as well as independently as required.
This person should be well versed in Microsoft Office applications. Exhibit a willingness to learn our systems. Previous experience in the Star2Star, Exchange, Quicken, Mimecast, Vipre Enterprise Security, Migration to Microsoft 365 from Office 2010 a plus.
Other tasks as assigned.
Willing to work a flexible schedule if needed.
