You are responsible for maintaining the center’s arcade, structures, equipment, building, and systems. As a Technician, you are to ensure the ongoing service and repairs of the items within the facility are tended to in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventative maintenance on all aspects of the games, simulators and attractions.
- Welcoming and engaging with guests with a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency
- Performing electrical, mechanical, and technical work related to construction, repairs, preventive and scheduled maintenance
- Troubleshooting and preforming repairs on it hardware, structures, systems, and equipment
- Disassembling, replacing and repairing mechanical and electrical components or parts
- Maintaining inventory records
- Perform Opening, Running and Closing duties as needed
- Ensuring supplies, tools, and materials as maintained at required levels
- Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the mechanic shop and facility
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior technical and guest service experience is preferred
- Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends
- General knowledge/skill set on the repair and maintenance of arcades and other similar games
- Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Basic knowledge of computers systems and some general point of sale operations.
- Rudimentary knowledge of troubleshooting computer hardware and computer peripherals.
