IT Field Service Technician

Job Duties:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Walk customer through problem-solving process.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
Install computer peripherals for users.
Purchase/ Install, Configure IT Devices (Network, POS, Each Department)
User education for POS system, Office desktop.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Korean speaking
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT Engineering or Technology
CompTIA A+ (Preferred)
Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems, Familiarity
