Micrologic is seeking a qualified IT Helpdesk Technician to add to our team of dedicated, trusted, experienced & professional personnel. The IT Helpdesk Technician will be an integral part of the Technical Support team.

Essential Job Functions Include:

• Willingness to work overtime and a rotational weekly schedule (Hours vary). Service calls must be completed regardless of your personal schedule.
• Technical and product support
• Diagnosis and repair of computer hardware, and remote customer support
• Ability to instruct system users of all levels of computer skill sets.
• Being customer service / technically oriented with an ability to learn product line quickly.
• Working independently and providing status reports to managers
• Responding to customers in a timely manner
• Ability to maintain calm in stressful situations

Skills & Knowledge:

• Technical background and customer support experience required.
• Must have basic computer and networking skills.
• Heavy phone use requiring good communication skills.
• Possess an aptitude for, and interest in learning new technologies
• Must have a neat appearance, and be well organized with ability to multitask.

Compensation:

• Salary is commensurate with experience.
• Benefits are available after 90 days of employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

• Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)
