MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibilities of the IT Support Technician include:
- Provide Helpdesk technology support.
- Maintain IT posture and inventory.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues at the local and enterprise level.
- Develop SOPs and IT-related step by step instructions.
- Install & configure software for end users.
- Provide training to end users as needed.
- Conduct system administration.
