Job Overview
To be successful in this role, you need have superb communication skills, verbal and written, conducted in a timely manner, proactive, independent, and takes initiative with consistent follow through and superior time management skills with capability of working with and meeting deadlines. You must have basic troubleshooting knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10+, administration / Setup of Microsoft 365, basic understanding of Active Directory, Domains, & Group Policies, ability to configure network equipment, basic understanding, or ability to set up routers / switches and wireless access points, experience with a help desk ticketing system and experience with RMM software (Atera, Automation, etc.) is a plus. Additionally, you will need to be an excellent team player with interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure on multiple workstreams to meet tight deadlines and a high-level attention to detail and problem-solving skills. This role is a full-time, position located in Coppell TX and will require working outside of business hours and being on-call at times.

- Perform other duties as assigned
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10+
- Administration / Setup of Microsoft 365

- One year experience in Help Desk, troubleshooting, maintaining and installing the technologies listed above.
