Summary/Objectives
The IT Services Field Technician is responsible for working with the Technology Solutions team to implement solutions into a customer's environment, resolve day-to-day support/install issues, execute work tickets for specific jobs/ projects, assist with escalated service-related items, and provide support to engineers and project managers for the completion of projects. This individual will be the "boots on the ground" as it relates to implementation and troubleshooting of specific projects (i.e. installation of hardware, systems, devices, cabling, etc.) and with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
This role will be focused on the IT Managed Network Services division within RJ Young. This associate will help install and troubleshoot IT Networking issues and hardware onsite with customers.

Work Environment
- This job involves work within the RJ Young office and warehouse, in company vehicles, and within the customer's professional office environment when installing products and training on these products.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift items required for projects.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- Full-Time: M-F, 40 hrs/week
- There may be occasional weekend or evening work required for some projects not to conflict with the customer's office work schedules.
Travel
- Travel will be limited to drivable distances for daily job responsibilities within RJ Young footprint
- Overnight travel may be required on occasion
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma is required
- Understanding of technology configurations and installation/project experience
- General Technical Background Comp TIA A+, CompTIA Network + (for IT Service specific candidates)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related service field
