Job Description
- Assist with onboarding new employees making sure hardware and licensing is up to date.
- Work with account services to ensure licenses are created and access to internal systems is seamless.
- Provide set up instructions to new employees to create accounts for Microsoft 365, Adobe, Salesforce etc.
- Work with the service desk team to provide updates on hardware and accessibility to accounts.
- Perform coordinate new passwords and access to account services as needed.
- Experience with SSO secure access, authentication, and automation. Experience with OKTA preferred.
