The Position:
The IT Support Specialist position allows one an opportunity to apply their skills in a dynamic work environment while developing well-rounded competencies in ISN's Corporate IT infrastructure, products, and services. As a member of ISN's Corporate IT Team, the IT Support Specialist will be involved with administering and maintaining Corporate IT infrastructure, including desktop support, network connectivity, Internet access, email, etc.
Who should apply?
- 2+ years' experience in a similar position
- Understand the issues involved with administering and maintaining Corporate IT infrastructure, including desktop support, network connectivity, Internet access, email, etc.
- Ability to deploy, configure, and support Windows 10/11 OS
- Support experience with M365 applications
- Experience with Active Directory (OU Management and Account Creation/ Deletion)
- Basic working knowledge in telecom environment, voicemail, headsets, etc.
- Basic understanding in corporate domain setup and communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Requirement:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A+ certification, MCSA, and MCSE certification preferred
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with troubleshooting software issues for end users
- Set up and maintain computer workstations and hardware
- Troubleshoot and provide support for A/V issues in conference rooms and shared spaces
- Manage inventory of software licenses, hardware, and other IT supplies
- Manage incoming requests and respond to employee reported issues via Corporate IT ticketing system
- Develop and maintain Corporate IT knowledgebase content
