Our client, a Japanese IT company is searching for a Japanese Bilingual IT User Support Specialist to join their team.
Title: Japanese Bilingual IT User Support Specialist

Salary: 58-65K
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years of IT User Support or helpdesk Experience
Japanese business level language level required
Experience with setting up hardware, software and installation and configuration
Experience with technical documentation
Proven problem solving and analytical skills
JOB DUTIES:
Determine solutions for customers based on details from customers
Support customers through the problem solving process
Support tier 1 help desk and direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
Manage IT equipment inventory
Follow up with customer updates and inquiries
Consult with end users regarding support functions and decision making
Support help desk issues
Participate in conferences and events
