Description
We are looking for a resource who can support 2 ongoing projects within our clients environment. 1 project is a Google Migration and the 2nd is an Android Tablet refresh. They are currently working on separating some of their current business units over to Google,. There will be about 500 end users who will be impacted by this migration.
What they are looking for is someone who will be level 1 support for all end users who are dealing with the migration from MSFT over to Google. Questions that they need to be able to support:
-How do I find this file now that we are using Google?
-I am trying to open up this excel doc, where do I locate it?
-I have always been using Outlook, I am experiencing this with Gmail…
The second project they will be supporting will be an Android tablet refresh. This individual must have experience with supporting Androids and enrolling the devices into the MDM. They use Intune & Samsung Knox as their current MDM tool where they will connect the devices to the network, ensure they are enrolled into the MDM, and then box them off for shipment to one of their 200 locations.
