What you'll be doing day to day

Supports the operation by ensuring WMS and associated equipment are available, well configured, and maintained ? Implement system enhancements to increase efficiency & quality, and decrease costs ? Secure IT related equipment and supply inventory, adhere to matrix specific processes and schedules for replacement ? Understand and communicate system data and metrics to drive actionable unit insights ? Capture, analyse, document, trace, prioritise and agree on local system and IT equipment requests and needs ? Secure and support end-user system and equipment training efforts ? Closely work with operational partners to capture potential future unit needs ? Maintain a clean and safe work area in all locations within the fulfilment unit ? Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers. ? Performs other duties as assigned.
