It Support Analyst

Saucon Technologies, Inc. is seeking energetic, analytical individuals to join our team as a full-time employee in our Bethlehem, PA office. IT Support Analyst Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering client phone calls and e-mails timely and efficiently
• Documenting all client correspondence in Saucon's ticketing system
• Resolving any customer issues through research and collaboration among departments. Also keeping up to date on the latest software and hardware releases
• Software Testing
• Hardware preparation, assembly and shipping

IT Support Analyst Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Business/Communication is preferred, recent college grads welcome to apply.
• Ability to multitask.
• Teamwork skills.
• Self-Starter.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid Problem solving abilities.
