Saucon Technologies, Inc. is seeking energetic, analytical individuals to join our team as a full-time employee in our Bethlehem, PA office. IT Support Analyst Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering client phone calls and e-mails timely and efficiently
- Documenting all client correspondence in Saucon's ticketing system
- Resolving any customer issues through research and collaboration among departments. Also keeping up to date on the latest software and hardware releases
- Software Testing
- Hardware preparation, assembly and shipping
IT Support Analyst Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Business/Communication is preferred, recent college grads welcome to apply.
- Ability to multitask.
- Teamwork skills.
- Self-Starter.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid Problem solving abilities.
