REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a Dayforce Techno-Functional Specialist or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Dayforce HCM modules, configuration, and integration capabilities
• Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Certification in Dayforce HCM is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Dayforce-related technical and functional inquiries
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Dayforce system configurations
• Ensure/Review all Interfaces and data transfers extensively and proactively recommend fixing any design and technical gaps
• Configure and customize Dayforce modules based on business needs, ensuring optimal system performance
• Provide technical support for Dayforce-related issues and collaborate with IT teams for issue resolution
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and user training sessions as needed.
• Consultant must have worked on the Interfaces from and to Dayforce and should be able to identify proactively issues related to Interfaces.
