Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary degree preferred.
- Two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a Microsoft Windows Domain-based environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Windows is required.
- Exceptional workstation and networking trouble shooting skills.
- Organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems encountered with computer hardware, network, ISP, software, and peripherals. Typical support requests can include: password lockouts, printer setup and troubleshooting, network access requests, remote access, email and phone setup and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with IT Operations for appropriate support and escalations.
- Ability to troubleshoot PC and MAC related issues.
- PC and peripheral installation.
- Accurately document service requests.
- Create and maintain knowledge articles.
- Image laptops and desktops for new users.
