- Avoid unnecessary conflicts and should know how to escalate issues.

- Should have the capacity to affect the actions, behavior and opinions of others by appealing to reason or understanding.
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent MS Office and Operating System (Win10/Win11) knowledge.
- Outstanding organizational and time management.
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines).
- Experience with IT or in an IT environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Associates degree minimum.
- Be willing to respond to request quickly and with urgency.
- Must be willing to be in the Allentown office all of the week.
