We are currently seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist with a strong background in system and network administration. This position will provide technical support, troubleshoot various issues, and maintain systems, networks, software, and hardware with a strong focus on cybersecurity and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration: Maintain, upgrade, and update security certificates, software, and hardware. Evaluate and optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Network Administration: Plan, configure, and maintain the company's network, safeguarding its integrity and security for optimal functionality.
Help Desk Support: Provide prompt technical support, troubleshoot various technology issues, and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient problem resolution.
Cybersecurity: Follow security policy and best practices, maintain end-point security, and troubleshoot incidents as they occur.
Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage user accounts in a hybrid environment and investigate incidents to ensure the secure operation of cloud-based services and tools within the environment.
Website Management: Maintain and support the functionality of the company website.
Special Projects: Work independently or with a team on system upgrades, software implementations, and other projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology field with 2-4 years of experience preferred.
- Associate’s degree in an Information Technology field with 4-6 years of experience minimum.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Network and System Administration.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and time management skills.
