Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate in consolidating incoming tickets and handle the Jira status updates based on the team’s feedback.
- Attend scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective, and provide input and recommendations.
- Facilitate communications between our client’s director and other stakeholders.
- Shadow our client’s fed lead on day-to-day activities and assist in delivering artifacts.
- Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks including phone calls, and emails, assisting onboarding new resources, reporting, scheduling meetings, recording meeting minutes, assisting with the formatting, publishing, sharing of reports and documents, printing and filing
- Help problem-solve issues and suggest ways to improve the project and business process.
- Communicate and follow up with the client for specific tasks and their goals and objectives
- Assist on road mapping including key activities identification, timeline, and define milestones.
Requirements:
- BA or BS degree in Science, Management, Business, Engineering or related field
- 2-4 years of experience within project coordination/management or relevant projects
- Excellent communication and detailed oriented.
- Well-versed with agile framework and experienced in the change control board.
- Ideally has knowledge and experience in Cybersecurity but not required.
- Experience with project tracking using a tool like MS Project or similar
- Understanding of project budgeting, invoicing, and/or spend tracking
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
