Job Description
The PMO Squad is seeking an IT Project Manager for a fully remote, 6-12-month contract role. This person will be responsible for managing our client's Enterprise Data Platform project. This role requires strong IT project management skills. The ideal candidate will be a true driver of projects. This person will be working directly with executive leadership and must be adept at navigating cross-functional teams and environments. This person must have direct project management experience managing cloud and data projects on the enterprise level.
Contract: 6-12 months; possible extension.
Pay: $65-$75/hr.
Location: Fully remote; must reside within the U.S.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Cloud native data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Must have experience working with System Integrators such as Accenture, EY, and others.
- Appropriate PM skills and knowledge level in Agile, Scrum, and Traditional methodologies.
- Experience with Planview or other comparable PPM tool(s) required.
- Must have experience with data analytics.
- SAP experience and concepts around data warehouses (ex -data bricks) and analytical solutions (PowerBI, Qlik, MicroStrategy etc.,) strongly preferred.
- Project Management accreditation/certification (PMP, CSM, ACP, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in project management, IT, or another related field preferred but not required.
