We have an immediate opening for a IT Vendor Consultant to oversee our vendor relationships. Your primary responsibilities will be to find customer who need IT vendor for staffing and recruitment. You will create contracts , RFP , cost estimates when necessary, then research new vendors and establish relationships to ensure a smooth transition. Because you are the primary contact for our vendors, all applicants must have at least three years of experience in vendor services or a customer service role.
Duties and Responsibilities
Find customer who need IT Vendor for staffing and recruitment
Prepare RFP and cost estimate
Identify process to become IT preferred vendor and apply for approved vendor list at various customer who need IT staffing for contractors or permanent position
Research and establish relationships with new customer who need IT staffing
Organize and track all documentation between the company and vendors
Resolve vendor disputes or issues quickly and efficiently
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
3+ years of experience in vendor services or a customer service role
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Must be able to work independently
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $485.13 - $1,569.99 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
