Position: IT Infrastructure Procurement Specialist

Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

· Ensure daily progress of all workflows for transactions related to your programs

· Own Coupa and the creation on PR’s for a large Data Center team.

· Manage all assigned tender events, and related follow-on contract generation

· Create and submit Purchase Requests and enter all related information into various procurement tools.

· Monitor and manage purchase requisition process using information provided by business owners and suppliers.

· Audit internal tools, processes, and transactions to ensure SLA compliance and data integrity

Basic Qualifications

· BS/BA from an Accredited University

· Strong previous experience with Coupa (procurement tool)

· 3 years of relevant work experience in a procurement organization

· Experience as purchaser, buyer, or other operational role within a procurement organization

· Strong data entry skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience procuring IT infrastructure hardware and services

· Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management or Finance or related

· Advanced Excel skills

· Working knowledge of any popular procurement tool

· Experience with requisitioning, invoice management

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
