Provide access to technical resources on the LSS network that are required by LSS Staff to perform organization information processing. Design, implement, maintain, and support all voice and data services, LSS networking, and associated infrastructure-related software. Ensure adequate setup and use of the network as well as instruct end users on how to access provided resources. As a Team Leader provide guidance, training, and mentorship. Act as IT Service Desk’s highest level of technical resource for computer network infrastructure support. Provide additional coaching and technical assistance/direction to the IT Service Desk.
Salary Range: $83,420 - $92,688 (Dependent on Qualifications)
Position Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related degree; or equivalent experience is required.
· Technical certifications such as ACMA, MCSE, Network Plus, Security Plus, and CCNA are desired
· 2 years of experience in information systems, with a focus on systems integration, server management, and network design/management is required.
· Specialized experience in a broad array of state-of-the-art technical areas including networking, data & voice communications, systems integration, and design of enterprise information systems is required.
· Detailed understanding of features, capabilities, limitations, and configuration options available in Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone System and Rooms.
· Able to respond in a timely way to the extremely varied and often urgent needs of LSS programs or outside customers. Appropriate solutions must be delivered in times of perceived or actual emergency.
· Effective communication skills required.
· Must be familiar with industry trends and developments.
· Driver’s License is required.
