Job Description
From our home office in Flower Mound, the IT Manager oversees the information technology function including staff and organizational systems. This role will promote the maintenance and upgrades of associated databases, data communication networks and software programs. This role is a key member of our leadership team with strategic support in the implementation of new systems, including installation, troubleshooting, hardware, phone support, and account management.
- Manage, lead, and develop assigned IT staff
- Configure, deploy, and support business-class equipment onsite and remotely using a variety of tools and technologies
- Quickly identify urgency and impact of incidents & prioritize multiple tickets.
- Oversee reported issues, identify problems, troubleshoot, and resolve with the support of your team
- Recommend solutions and provide advice as required.
- Manage the design and delivery of IT projects
- Document all activity in a clear and concise manner
- Have a stronger than average analytical mind and can diagnose, resolve, and communicate a wide variety of issues, all while minimizing the end-user impact.
- Have the patience and attentiveness to clearly communicate technical speak to non-technical personnel
- Provision of new user Hardware (Phones, Laptops, Etc.)
- Available for vendor management and contractors as necessary
- Potential travel to locations in Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado
Qualifications
Training and experience:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Proficient with organizational applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Backblaze, 3CX, identify and access control systems
- Proficient troubleshooting Operating System issues in Microsoft Windows 10-11
- Proficient in the setup of Android and iOS devices including email setup and application installation
- Proficient in provisioning new end user hardware such as phones, tablets and PC’s
- Follow up on assignments from senior members of the team, and complete tasks in a timely manner
- A willingness to learn new systems and skills
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred.

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $125,000.00
