Job Title: Floral Designer
Job Overview: TheBay Hill Florist is a family owned, Luxury Florist that has been a Pillar in the Dr Phillips/Bay Hill/Windermere Community for over 21 Years! We Focus on Luxury Arrangements and Providing the Best Possible Customer Service!
This Person will be instrumental in our shop as they will be hands on with our arrangements! Our Designers have the opportunity to follow beautiful templates provided but also use their creativity and imagination to produce beautiful and elegant Arrangements of their own! Our Shop has a very open feel and is very focused on Customer Service, so this person will also be working closely with our customers to provide a custom experience!

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- #1 - Bringing a Great Attitude and Smile to the shop!
- Building Arrangements based on the Templates provided
- Creating Custom Arrangements based on Customers preferences
- Providing Incredible Customer Service
- Helping to track/monitor Floral inventory levels
- Greeting Customer Walk-Ins and Assisting with their Floral Needs
- Answering Phones and/or processing payments of incoming customers/orders
- Working well as a team
- Occasional Shop Routine Beautification
Required Skills and Attributes: Qualifications:
- Positive Attitude - 1-3 yrs Customer Service Experience
- Provide Excellent Customer Service - Industry Experience a Plus (Not required)
- Strong Communication skills
- Time Management Compensation:
- Problem solving - $15/hr - $20/hr (Based on Experience)
- High energy - Monthly Bonus Eligibility
- Punctual

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
