JOB DESCRIPTION
Select’s Project Manager III is a pivotal role within the Information Technology department, coordinating and completing projects that align with the organization’s strategic goals. This position requires a seasoned professional who can manage complex projects with minimal supervision, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to

  • Establish and refine project management processes and methodologies within the IT community.
  • Oversee both technical and non-technical aspects of projects, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Lead project teams, allocate resources effectively, and manage day-to-day project operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and the management team, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 4 to 6 years of project management experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT project management principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to handle complex issues independently, with escalation only for the most complex challenges.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to lead and inspire.
  • PMP Certification Required

Physical Demands and Exposures
  • This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
  • Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
  • Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
