The IT Manager, Fulfillment Center Systems will take the lead in providing engineering and support for all local network-connected devices, including desktops, mobile devices, cameras, scanners, and printers. This position will also own the local helpdesk workload including break/fix and inventory management.
This is an onsite position located at the San Antonio facility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the local IT staff in support of ongoing production and projects
- Engineering and support for Desktops, Printers, and Mobile Devices
- Management of building security systems (badge and camera)
- Support for shop-floor automation including Pick-to-Light, labeling, and scanning systems
- Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to improve fulfillment technology and processes
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work "hands-on" in an industrial environment
- 5 Years Experience working in a manufacturing or other production environment
- Experience managing small, agile teams for real-time operations support.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with the engineering of and support for multiple operating systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with ITIL service delivery principles
- Experience with the Android OS
- Experience with SD-WAN, Mobile Device Management, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to calmly adjust to the changes inherent in a rapidly evolving business environment
- Willingness to work in a Startup environment
