The IT Infrastructure Systems Administrator 1 is primarily responsible for helping manage the IT infrastructure serving our corporate office in Denver as well as our plants and warehouses across the country. Our technology includes a multisite WAN, internal cloud, SaaS applications, and mobile devices used in our manufacturing plants. The IT Infrastructure Systems Administrator 1 will help to continue to improve our IT infrastructure as well.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Essential functions

- Install and configure servers and network appliances (physical and virtual).
- Assist team with management and configuration of Microsoft cloud services.
- Research potential hardware and software solutions.
- Vendor management.
- Troubleshoot network and software issues.
- Some travel to plants and warehouses.
- Implement and follow security best practices across multiple Palo Alto Networks and Check Point platforms.
- Support infrastructure for internal mobile, web and desktop applications.
- Manage multisite SD-WAN.
- Light afterhours support.

WHAT WE NEED
Education and Formal Training.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.

Working environment and physical demands
- The physical environment requires the use of general office equipment (computer, printer, scanner).
