Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hardware support, laptop, network, printer, etc.
- Ignition application support – specific to Hendrix plant
- ERP application support – Sage, Stone Profits and Business Central
- Office 365, Windows AD
- Anti-virus
- Internet connectivity, VPN, remote connection
- Troubleshooting
- Normal office hours, but 24/7 availability in case of emergency
Requirements & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Degree is a plus
- 1 to 2 years experience as a Help Desk Technician or customer support role
- Working knowledge of computer systems and tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
