Help Desk Description:
- Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
- Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- An Associate's degree in computer science or related field, High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software. Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
- Prior information technology or systems administration experience preferred
