Cargoes Runner is a rapidly growing logistics ERP application serving freight forwarders and the larger logistics community as a cloud based SAAS application. Cargoes Runner serves as a complete operating system allowing users to manage their forwarding operations end-to-end on a single platform. Cargoes Runner has 200+ customers across 15 countries and is rapidly expanding leveraging the scale and global reach of DP World.

The Cargoes Runner product management team is looking for candidates who can contribute to the development of the product and adoption of the solution by DP World internal business units & external customers.

The specific job responsibilities will be among the below, depending on the experience and competencies of the specific candidate:

1. Working with internal and external stakeholders to deeply understand specific operations use cases & problem statements
2. Translate user needs to requirements for product enhancements / new capability development as applicable, in-line with the product component and overall vision
3. Work with engineering, design, and program teams to get features/solutions shipped in an agile environment keeping in mind needs and priorities of internal and external stakeholders
4. Collaborate with peers in ongoing problem solving, knowledge sharing, design/requirement reviews and sprint planning
5. Contribute to the development of the component and overall product roadmap/vision
6. Work with sales and onboarding teams to support process mapping for sale prospects and product demos
7. Collaborate with customers/users to solve problems, act as a gatekeeper for product requirement intake from internal and external customers; serve as an advocate for the product to customers and operations users
8. Contribute to the technical assessment of third-party vendors for integration with Cargoes Runner and assist with commercial agreement closure
9. Work with stakeholders for identification and closure of process gaps in software delivery and customer onboarding
10. Work with product managers and analytics team to measure impact of ongoing deliveries to customer acquisition, activation, and retention

The ideal candidate will have:

1. 5+ years of experience working with a freight forwarding organization AND/OR leading freight forwarding product in one or more of the following roles:
   1. Product manager
   2. Business analyst
   3. QA
   4. Onboarding/Delivery manager
   5. Customer service/Operations
2. Understanding of user workflows in forwarding and customs in two or more of the following areas:
   1. Ocean exports/imports
   2. Air exports/imports
   3. Customs
   4. Taxation
   5. Finance/accounting

Familiarity with warehousing and transportation management will be a plus.

1. Knowledge of one or more of existing Freight Forwarding ERP products
2. Ability to be adaptable and creative in an aggressive, fast-paced environment
