SAS Administrator

Unix , Shell scripting
Install, administer and maintain SAS Enterprise software and solutions
Diagnose software problems and engineering work-arounds
Work collaboratively with analysts, developers, other implementation team members and customers to engineer enterprise software installations
Install, configure, manage, monitor and debug mid-tier software & third-party enterprise class software systems
Document, report, track and implement fixes for software problems with appropriate vendor or SAS Technical Support
Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyze identify and remediate issues
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and service desk tool as appropriate
Resolve incidents including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Ensuring delivery of project work. Maintaining agreed timeline to bring 100% CSAT
Technical guidance for the team and adaptability toward new tools and technologies
