Job Description:
The IT Business Analyst proactively identifies opportunities for improvement in business processes and practices, works directly with business stakeholders to define requirements to achieve business objectives, collaborates with technical teams as a liaison between end users and technology, and provides expertise in developing systems and procedures that are cost effective.
This position can be 100% remote/working from home or hybrid work schedule located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 2 days at Home Office and the remainder from home.

What you’ll do:
Tactical
  • Lead project stakeholders through the process to define and validate user requirements
  • “Thinking outside the box” to define requirements and recommend solutions
  • Recognize and conceptualize processes through business requirements
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Responsible for translating user requirements into user stories, process flows, system configuration requirements, wireframes, etc… to deliver high quality solutions on time
  • Responsible for understanding system functionality and communicating system capabilities to the business.
  • Responsible for managing, creating and executing test cases and scenarios.
  • Lead end user training and assist with troubleshooting issues.
  • Acts as a liaison between business end-users and IT development teams. Consultant on analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance to ensure optimal operational performance.
  • Assist the project team in defining project scope, goals, approach and deliverables supporting the business objectives.
  • Ensures all user stories are fully elaborated, prioritized, and estimated on the product backlog
  • Provide support (24X7 on-site and on-call) for project related and company issues/concerns.
  • Assists in training based on the project need.
  • Manages project tasks and change requests for system configurations and setups
  • Work with vendors to address product defects and enhancements to their solutions
Strategic
  • Enterprise thinking, understand big picture and explores innovative approaches to create effective and sustainable solutions
  • Practice and encourage Agile mindset and behaviors; coach, inspire and mentor teams on Agile principles
  • Partner with other Business Analysts to define and implement standards and guidelines of Business Analysts best practices.
  • Partner with business leaders to create and turn strategies into effectively-implemented solutions.
  • Participate in solution and vendor selection processes.
  • Participate in the project concept development and assist with business propositions
Leadership
  • Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • Coach and grow the Schreiber organization on Business Analyst concepts and best practices.
  • Initiate, lead and implement opportunities to improve business processes and systems.
  • Play a key role of change agent within the organization as well and influence business processes.
  • Build, develop and grow business relationships essential for project success.
  • Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements.

What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelors Business Administration, Computer Science, related field.
  • 4-6 years of Business/Functional Analyst work experience.
  • ERP experience strongly desired (Integration and configuration experience).
  • Order to Cash and/or Pricing system experience strongly desired.
  • Experience in working in Agile-Scrum methodologies and tools is desired.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership within a team oriented environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to influence others to gain cooperation and alignment.
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to drive towards results and make decisions.
  • High energy, organized, risk taker and process oriented.
  • Ability to work in a detail oriented environment.
  • Ability to execute using a variety of project methodologies.
  • Ability to write use stories, document process flows and prototype.
  • Ability to work successfully independently and in teams.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (within and outside of the US).
  • Must have a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 mb download speed) at home for remote and hybrid positions.
