It Business Analyst

Are you an experienced IT Business Analyst searching for an exhilarating opportunity? Nesco Resource is actively seeking a skilled professional to contribute to a cutting-edge ERP Implementations project. This role offers a dynamic environment and a 6-month contract with the potential for renewal.
Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
• Participate in the kickoff of a new MRP and ERP implementation for the manufacturing sector.
• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
• Liaise between various business departments and groups to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

• Project Initiation experience required.
• Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
• Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
• Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to convert business requirements into use cases and test cases.
• Willingness to actively engage and interact with the team throughout the project.
• Experience in Requirements collection, Use Case Development, Test Driven Development, and Process Manufacturing.
• Thrives in a team-oriented collaborative environment.

• 6-month contract with opportunity to renew
• Green Bay, Onsite 3 days a week
• Possible light travel nationally will be covered.
