Are you an experienced IT Business Analyst searching for an exhilarating opportunity? Nesco Resource is actively seeking a skilled professional to contribute to a cutting-edge ERP Implementations project. This role offers a dynamic environment and a 6-month contract with the potential for renewal.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
- Participate in the kickoff of a new MRP and ERP implementation for the manufacturing sector.
- Identify and communicate with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
- Liaise between various business departments and groups to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Project Initiation experience required.
- Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
- Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
- Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to convert business requirements into use cases and test cases.
- Willingness to actively engage and interact with the team throughout the project.
- Experience in Requirements collection, Use Case Development, Test Driven Development, and Process Manufacturing.
- Thrives in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
- 6-month contract with opportunity to renew
- Green Bay, Onsite 3 days a week
- Possible light travel nationally will be covered.
