It Administrator

JOB PURPOSE 

The IT Administrator will develop, plan, implement, and maintain software and hardware that meet the company’s business needs. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY 

• Manage and administer software systems such as file sharing, backup, ERP system, and corporate website. 
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, enhancing system reliability and performance. 
• Provide prompt and effective technical support for staff, including troubleshooting of software. 
• Document IT procedures, resolutions to common issues, and maintain comprehensive reports for system health and support activities. 
• Develop IT policies, practices, and training materials. 
• Train staff to use hardware and software systems. 
• Works with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.  
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
