Job Description
Dealpath is seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to join our growing IT team. This person will not only serve as our core IT administrator, but will also build, maintain, and monitor our cloud-based employee-facing applications to support our business operations for a growing employee base distributed across our San Francisco, New York, Austin & Toronto Offices, as well as for our remote workforce.
Hybrid 3 day in SF office requirement.
We're excited that you have:- Experience with MDM Mobile Device Management focusing on macOS and iOS systems.
- Responsible for updating software & device settings to comply with internal security and organizational policies.
- Experience supporting and monitoring internal facing Cloud based applications.
- IMonitor and service incoming employee IT support requests and ensure they are handled in a timely fashion.
- Operate autonomously to resolve issues and judge appropriate escalation points.
- Display characteristics of a high-quality service organization: reliable, responsive, competent, accessible, professional and credible.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and proficiency providing end-user support.
- Document and communicate current issues to team members and management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via phone, zoom, and in-person channels such as slack.
- Recommend enhancements and improvements to the service delivery team.
- Expertise with diagnosing and troubleshooting complex OS, network, and application issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience providing IT support for an employee based across multiple locations.
- IT admin experience in the area of IT support, cloud application provisioning, security, networking, systems administration, and occasional scripting.
- Prior experience providing support for the following apps & services : Google Workplace, Zoom video conferencing, Confluence, Jira, Salesforce ect.
- Prior experience resolving IT support cases around (IT assess, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem solving.
- Experience working with Macs, ipads, MacOS, etc.
- Must be a people person and enjoy working with a a diverse group of people.

- The estimated base compensation range for California candidates for this position is expected to be $125,000 - $135,000.
- Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills evaluated in Dealpath's interview process.
- This position is also eligible for Dealpath's equity plan.
