- Maintain physical networks:
- Run diagnostics to evaluate health, update network switch firmware
- Avigillon system maintenance
- Work with DSI to maintain servers, camera and door access systems
- Maintain onsite servers and LAN rooms
- Maintain wireless network (W.A.P troubleshooting and maintenance.)
- Site computers
- Support initial setup of laptops and desktops
- Installing deeded applications for end users
- Manage obsolesce of site Kiosk computers
- Maintain a process for clearing user data
- Site printers
- Maintain printer inventory/schedule repairs
- Manage obsolesce
- Work as point of contact with BIS/HQ tech teams for inventory and patching efforts
- Manage sharepoint/shared drive servers
- MDF and IDF maintenance through out the facility
- Maintain PTT program within the site
- Business needs as necessary/as the business changes and evolves
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
