Main Duties & Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
The IT Administrator will be an initial point of contact for colleagues to receive support and maintenance. They will provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance. Additionally, they will assist the IT Manager with execution and implementation of IT and ERP projects.
PERFORMANCE ACCOUNTABILITY:
This position will work onsite M-F to support both Colorado facilities.
- Minimum 2-hour response on all non-critical helpdesk tickets during business hours. 1 hour response preferred
- Resolution or escalation within 4 hours of response on non-critical tickets
- 1 hour response on all critical helpdesk tickets during business hours
- Resolution or escalation within 2 hours of response on critical tickets during business hours
- Alternating on call schedule for critical items andoutages
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administration and troubleshooting ERP System: DelmiaWorks (IQMS)
- User creation and security role management
- Cross-module knowledge, ability to problem solve systemically
- Work with IT Manager on more complex ERP troubleshooting
- Design new reports and modify existing reports and SQL queries
- Assist IT manager on project implementation
- PC desktop, laptop, wireless device, and printer support and troubleshooting
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL
- Documentation of IT processes
- Minimize systems downtime

Salary Range:
$63,000 - $70,000
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Experience in configuring, deploying, and managing desktops, laptops, scanners, software, and printers
- Experience in database administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT related field 5 years preferred
- 3+ years of experience with Windows Professional OS
- 3+ years of experience with Windows Server OS
- 3+ years of experience with SQL databases in a business setting
- A+ or Network+ certification or better preferred, or equivalent experience.
