We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team. As the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including data collection, stock analysis, and supplier management. Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficient inventory levels and optimizing supply chain operations.
Oversee inventory counts and ensure correct management of all items (incl. growing materials, packaging, finished and WIP product goods) Apply Process and procedures to raw materials inventory, packing materials, casing materials, etc. to track usages, counts, month end, and year end data. Manage coordination of Inventory control including organizing Lot Coding Systems and Counts accuracy to be used for financial reporting Challenge existing process and work streams with data-driven insights that offer alternatives that are cost neutral, or favorable, but drive scalable execution. Provide improvements to automate the data, as well as reduce the data Act as the focal point for Procurement related matters. Help drive material cost savings and assist leadership with tracking and monitoring the realization of savings.
Education and/or Experience: Collegiate degree and/or High School diploma.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Computer knowledge: Emphasis towards Microsoft Office Excel/Power Point/Word, e-mailing programs/systems, and the ability to work with specific software programs, attention to detail, time management skills, good organization skills, effective communication skills (written and oral), ability to follow directions/instructions, and comprehend/utilize various office equipment.
