Role and Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Generally responsible for maintaining and processing invoices received for payment and internal invoices for multiple high-volume business units.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Collect invoices from receivers/managers/chefs by designated location
- Archive invoice data into Crunchtime system
- Code all invoices to the proper general ledger
- Ensure invoices are in accordance with company policy, follow correct receiving SOP, and compare against PODs
- Monitor and track invoice approvals
- Maintain cleanliness of office space
- Data entry skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
- Well organized
- Proficient in MS Office
