We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Inventory Management Coordinator to join our fast-growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for Responsible for Receiving, and Verification of Raw Materials for production use with verification of PO information in JDE System and LSO's ERP System.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Receiving Responsibilities:
- Receive raw materials for production use.
- Verify purchase order (PO) information in JDE (Enterprise Resource Planning system) for the order.
- Ensure all required documents for the parts are present per their drawing requirements.
- Label products with Quarantine labeling.
- Record information in a Receiving Log.
- Communicate directly with the Buyer and/or Supplier to resolve any issues found during receipt.
- Move the product into Incoming Quality Control (IQC) inspection when all requirements are met.
Shipping Responsibilities:
- Process finished goods products through inspection.
- Release inspected finished goods products.
- Create orders to ship products to Distribution Center.
- Ensure safe and accurate shipment of finished goods items.
Supporting Buyers Responsibilities:
- Assist Buyers with shipping components to outside suppliers for processing (OSP).
- Assist with Indirect PO receipts.
- Assist with Work Order kitting.
- Assist with Inventory movements and adjustments in JDE.
- Coordinate and reconcile Cycle Counts in JDE.
- Process Return to Vendor (RTV) transactions.
- Complete Debit Memos transactions in JDE.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Computer Skills: JDE operating system, Word, Excel, Email and SmartSheet (Receiving Log)
- Very good communication skills, both written and verbal. Requires interaction with employees and suppliers. Email communication is key for this role, so the ability to manage your email inbox is important to ensure things don't slip through the cracks.
- Very good organizational skills are a key requirement. Being able to either multi-task or stay focused on a task until completed without distraction.
- Attention to detail is a key skill requirement. This position requires focus, organization, accuracy and self-verification of transactions.
- Receiving Raw Material, Verifying Documents and Certs, contacting Buyer/Supplier if issue arise.
- Receiving various types of PO's in JDE and logging them in SmartSheet Receiving Log.
- Inventory Transactions (Material Movement, Scrap, Inventory Adjustments, and Obsolete Reserve Inventory)
- Processing inventory issues for all departments
- Kitting materials to Work Orders in JDE
- Cycle Counts of Inventory and processing in JDE
- Experience in shipping released components to Secondary Processing
- Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be physically able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must have the ability to walk up and down stairs repeatedly and walk extended distances as needed.
