Job Description- Manage and enhance the global revenue model by collecting, updating, and refining key inputs and assumptions from sources that include customer and planner forecast, LTA agreement, historical trends, product roadmaps, and relevant internal and external data
- Develop insightful dashboards, memos, and presentations that summarize key forecast details and business levers to facilitate decision-making for senior management
- Establish and optimize a revenue reporting framework for revenue, ASP, year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter growth
- Oversee and improve the monthly and quarterly retrospective review process, reporting on key forecast and Inventory variances
- Streamline the forecast by advocating for and implementing new processes, systems, and tools to support scalability and efficiency
- Provide insights to cross-functional partners and leadership on the trends that are impacting revenue and margin
- Manage bi-weekly supply and Inventory projection processes to support the consensus revenue plans
- Constrain the supply plan by NAND and/or components when necessary
- Communicate with the headquarters and drive alignments with factory build plans
- Manage and deliver quarterly inventory aging and DOS forecast based on latest supply, demand forecast as well as inventory target at SKU level.
- Ensure alignment within Inventory DOS targets
- Project optimal DOS targets to meet strategic customers’ inventory buffer WOS and transit lead times to deliver supply to various HUB locations
- Drive consensus allocation decisions with the Marketing and Sales team when supply is constrained. Implement the changes for production updates
- Manage closed loop for rebate/MDF processes ensuring right accruals to finance, to payment tracking and release of accruals
- BA/BS – Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field, MBA is preferred
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a highly analytical and quantitative environment, with a focus on revenue and Inventory Planning. Experience in semiconductor industry preferred
- Familiarity with GAAP accounting and revenue recognition principles required
- Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
- Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinates
- Experience defining and improving processes and constructing actionable plans
- Comfortable using data to inform important decision making
- Detail oriented, highly motivated and passionate about numbers
- Experience in managing high performing teams
- Proficient presentation skills to senior executives
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Proven history of creative problem-solving capability
- Strong MS Office skills, including fluency with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proficiency of Power BI is preferred

The expected salary for this position is $152,811.00 - 259,801.00.
