We're searching for a detail-oriented Inventory Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Whether working independently or collaborating with the team, you'll ensure our systems are accurate and organized, keeping operations running smoothly. This is an entry-level, in-office (non-remote) clerical position with a full-time Monday through Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM Schedule. We offer health benefits, paid leave, and more. Starting pay is $17.00/hour with the potential to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Research
- Maintain accurate inventory records using various tools (think Photoshop and Excel!)
- Packing and shipping orders with precision and speed
- Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Organize and stock inventory efficiently
- Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Assist with resolving inventory-related issues and maintaining efficient workflows
- Occasional Heavy Lifting
Requirements:
- A meticulous and reliable individual with a knack for organization
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Adept at using computers and solving basic technical issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- eBay, Amazon listing knowledge a plus
- Bonus points: If you're a coin enthusiast, your knowledge is a welcome addition!
Additional Information
- This is an in-office position. Therefore, we do not offer Remote Work.
- Health Insurance is provided after a 90-day probation period.
- Starting Pay is $17.00 an hour, with potential for growth.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
