Inventory Assistant: Part-Time

The Cure IV facilitates mobile medical and wellness services to boost individuals to their optimum vitality. Our dedicated network of healthcare professionals is committed to providing every patient with the highest level of care for IV Vitamin Infusions and other health related mobile services.

Your main duties in this position will be to help manage inventory, review supply requests and coordinate supply pick-up and drop off. This is a part-time in person position.

Objective: To support storage organization and supply management.

Duties:

• Maintain consistent communication with managers and nurses regarding supplies
• Pick up supplies from PO Box
• Unload supplies at storage facility
• Review nurse supply requests and keep track of shipments
• Prepare and organize supplies for nurses
• Maintaining current inventory and compare to minimums so that we know when to order more
• Coordinate supply pickup and drop off with nurses
• Ship packages out when needed
• Communicate with vendors and team members to ensure proper delivery of packages and mail
• Other tasks as needed

Requirements:

-1+ year of assistant/ office administrator experience in fast paced environment

-Extremely detail oriented and organized

-Self motivated and proactive personality

-Solution oriented

-Professional verbal and written skills

-Professional demeanor and superior communication skills

-Tech savvy, knowledge of Google Suites, iPhone user

Schedule and location:

-Shifts will be preferably Tuesday and Friday.

-6-8h shifts preferred twice a week, but can be flexible to 3 shorter shifts.
